If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired. During various missions where you are in a car while someone else drives and you shoot, enabling this code will instead blow the car up, failing the mission.

Perfect Handling

Aggressive Traffic

Faster Cars

Invisible Cars

Flying Cars

Cars Fly Away
Press X , Black , Down (2), Left , Down , Left (2), White , A during gameplay. Hit another car with your vehicle to send it flying up into the sky.
Drive on Water

Vehicle of Death
Press L , White (2), Up , Down (2), Up , R , Black (2) during gameplay. Any vehicle driven becomes invincible and has the ability to destroy anything it touches. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
To have a stronger car that is much harder to dent and damage, enable the «Vehicle of death» code, enter a vehicle, then disable the code while you are in the vehicle.

Taxis Upgraded

Press Black (3), A, White, L, Black, L, Down, A during gameplay. Lock on to someone (any pedestrian or even rival gang members) and press Up on the D-pad to recruit them. They can do everything that your Grove Street Family members can do. Note: Each person you recruit will get a rocket launcher unless they already have a gun. Also, you may first need to enable the «Recruit anyone into your gang with guns» code first.
City in Chaos
Press White, Right, L, Y, Right (2), R, L, Right, L (3) during gameplay. This produces an effect similar to what happens in the final mission of the game, with rioting and looting and buildings on fire.
Pedestrians Riot
Press Down, Left, Up, Left, A, Black, R, White, L during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Attack with Guns
